Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms are incredibly spacious with top-notch standards and even feature TV sets in the bathrooms, making it a luxurious experience definitely worth every CHF. The hotel, located on the 5th floor, offers a captivating view of the surroundings.
Staying at this hotel felt like a true indulgence with its sophisticated elegance and Swiss Chalet warmth in the room, complemented by great layout and technology. However, dining fell short in offering standard fare, while the services and location were outstanding.
The hotel had the most stunning rooms with the cutest touches, well-planned bathrooms, and fabulous amenities, offering a spectacular view from the balconies. The welcoming service made me feel like I was at a very special hotel. The location was just magical, surrounded by snow-covered mountains, and the delightful garden area added to its charm. The dining experience was out of this world despite the somewhat limited menu options. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a wonderful stay.
The suite was beyond my expectations with precise attention to detail in every corner and spacious with world-class standards. The staff were friendly and attentive, but there were some instances of oversight like not replacing cutlery. The location was stunning with picturesque views of snow-covered mountains, and the dining experience offered a good selection with a fresh juice station. The facilities were top-notch.
I stayed at this hotel amid the magnificent Bernese Alps and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and offered a stunning view; however, the lack of in-room security lock was a concern. The service was exceptional, meeting every demand we had. The location was picture-perfect with views of the alps and a lovely garden area, but the dining experience was average. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The rooms were full of personality and charm, featuring antique barn wood and luxury fabrics, well-planned bathrooms, and fabulous amenities. The service was top-notch, creating a deep and unforgettable experience that beautifully blends modernity with tradition. The location was simply magical, offering a variety of treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. While the dining experience was somewhat lacking in variety, the facilities were outstanding.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream! The rooms were stunning, with cozy sofas, a lovely fireplace, plush blankets, and a comfortable bed. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the Gstaad village, the pool, and the south-facing mountains. It was the perfect place to enjoy the snow and cold weather.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and very conducive to enjoy the snow and cold weather with its fireplace, cozy blanket, and wool upholstered pillows and furniture, which although expensive, were worth every CHF. The different room options offered a range of unique experiences, from standard rooms to a grand luxe suite.
I felt like I was in a sophisticated Swiss Chalet retreat here. The rooms exuded a perfect blend of elegance and warmth with fireplaces and captivating views. The amenities were top-notch, from the 3 double bedrooms with en suite to the steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna, and mini gym. The ability to have my shopping directly delivered to my room was a convenient touch.
Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The suites were larger than life, complete with luxurious amenities and stunning views. The service was attentive, catering perfectly to the needs of our family. The location, nestled amidst the Swiss Alps, was a dream come true, although dining options left a bit to be desired. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we could ask for.
Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and comfortable experience with top-notch amenities to ensure a perfect stay. The panoramic suite and overwater bungalows provided a lavish setting, although the B&O television, while a nice touch, felt slightly small for the room size.
I couldn't believe my luck with the stunning views over the valley and the unique chalet-like configuration of the rooms. However, the price was a bit steep for my budget.
Stunning views of the Swiss Alps from the large terrace combined with elegance and warmth. Lunch on the terrace offers the best of the sun and views. Some language barriers with staff, but they go above and beyond to make the stay unforgettable.
My stay at the hotel was like being in a mini chalet - lovely, spacious, and very conducive to enjoying the snow and cold weather. The fireplace, cozy blanket, wool upholstered pillows, and furniture made it a terrific experience. The rooms had a walk-in closet, a small dining table, and a much larger terrace with a panoramic view.
The hotel blends sophisticated elegance with Swiss Chalet warmth but falls above my budget. The room was lovely, spacious, and perfect for enjoying the snow and cold weather with its fireplace, cozy blanket, and wool upholstered pillows and furniture. The cleanliness was amazing and spotless, offering a cozy stay.
